The Customer

Is a well-respected, established pathology practice, offering comprehensive, high quality pathology services for doctors, private hospitals and nursing homes in Queensland, northern New South Wales and Darwin.

The Challenge

The customer required a robust, reliable, easy to use fax machine to securely send and receive sensitive patient information. They also required a solution with a small foot print as the majority of collection centres are compact in size and therefore the need to maximise usage of space was essential.

The Solution

Brother worked closely with the customer to nd a solution that met all of their requirements in a single compact fax machine, as well as tailor a support plan for both metro and remote sites. The Brother FAX-2950 was selected out of Brother’s extensive range of Fax and Multi-Function machines for its small foot print, ease of use and reliable fax functionality.
