Brother Product Warranty Guide


"Purchase Period" refers to the date of product purchased falls under any model category specified.

"Warranty" refers to limited product warranty provided by Brother International (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd., please click here for Warranty Terms & Conditions details.

"Installation" refers to on-site installation/demo service to our Customers (up to 5 computers installation only), charges will apply for exceeding mileage radius during visit, as stated in Warranty Terms & Conditons

Conditions :

1. Non-parts onsite general service will be chargable to end-user after first two requests.

2. Any party interested in purchasing extended warranty, may contact Brother Call Centre at (603) 7884 9999 for informations.


1. Selected models comes with FREE 1 (One) time on-site installation. Other models installations request , will be chargeable and shall be borne by end-user

3. For models with '*', the warranty is up to the page limitation or 3 years, whichever comes first.
4. Any party interested in purchasing our "Upgrade Warranty" packages, please contact Brother Customer Service at (+6) 03 7884 9999 for more information.
5. ** First year onsite, 2nd and 3rd year carry in warranty.
6. *** Must register your Warranty Online to get extra warranty. Valid for registration within 30 days from Date of Purchase
