CLOSURE OF BROTHER OFFICE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTRE IN PJ33, PETALING JAYA, SELANGOR
Brother International (M) Sdn Bhd (Brother) would like to advise all parties that the Brother office and Customer Service Centre located on 5th Floor, Tower 1, PJ33, Petaling Jaya, Selangor will be closed from now until at least 1 February 2021 due to a positive Covid-19 case in the office.
Brother has identified the cause of this case, and has arranged for immediate actions to conduct deep sanitization of the office and surrounding areas, send compromised employees for swab tests, as well as making attempts to trace all customers and partners who may have been affected by this. Brother would like to assure all parties that all due diligence is and will be employed, and that the safety and well-being of customers and employees are of utmost importance.
Brother would also like to urge any customer, business partner or party that has visited the Brother office from 11 – 21 January 2021 and had any interactions with any of Brother’s service personnel to contact Brother at the channels as stated below, for discussions for possible exposure and the necessary next steps to take.
Brother trusts that the subject above is clear, and thanks everyone for the kind understanding on the matter. This arrangement will be in effect until there is more certainty about the situation.
